Add demos to docs and improve link-density behaviour

• Add demos and dataset for Functional Delay Network (FDN) analyses:
  • Network reconstruction and p-value landscapes for synthetic airport delays
  • FDN analysis for top 50 SBB stations
• Update synthetic dataset documentation
• Improve normalised link_density behavior and extend tests
• Fix demos documentation typo and z-score periodicity formatting
